Many of us are not simply out for #1, we work to find &amp;amp; provide solutions for homeowners who otherwise might not be able to find them for themselves.  It's not true that we rob every last bit of equity from your house, and believe it or not there are situations where we can buy your house even if you owe more than it's worth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I truly believe that you serve yourself by serving others.
